Clancy Quay overall winner of the Excellence in Placemaking Awards

28 December 2022

We are delighted to see Clancy Quay, Kennedy Wilson’s 877-unit mixed use community in Dublin, being selected as the overall winner and Dublin’s best public/private sector project at the ULI Excellence in Placemaking Awards sponsored by CBRE Ireland.

Clancy Quay is one of the largest residential conservation projects ever undertaken in Ireland. Its mix of new-build townhouses, contemporary apartments blocks, and historic army barracks buildings gives the development a distinctive and unique identity, combining best-in-class conservation with 21st style architecture.

The project was also recognised for its active community and social program; varied and linked public spaces that create multiple options for residents; and for transforming what was predominantly a brown field site into a biodiverse community in the heart of Dublin.

Our team is proud to have provided full multidisciplinary engineering and health & safety co-ordination services for Kennedy Wilson.
