Capital Dock won the ‘Residential’ award category at the virtual Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards, whilst the IDA Advanced Technology Building in Waterford scooped the prize in the ‘Industrial Under €10m’ category.
Capital Dock – ‘Residential’
Capital Dock’s prime 4.8 acre-waterfront scheme in Dublin’s central business district comprises a 60,000 sqm mixed-use contemporary office, residential and retail development. The prestigious scheme delivers 190 high-quality residential units across three buildings, one of which is 23-storeys and the tallest in Dublin, and 35,000 sqm of office amenities. Waterman’s team in Dublin was appointed by Kennedy Wilson to provide civil and structural engineering services and construction-related health and safety advisory services on the project.

IDA Advanced Technology Building, Waterford – ‘Industrial Under €10m’
As one of four similar schemes delivered for IDA Ireland in Limerick, Dundalk and Tralee, the 3,000 sqm state-of-the-art new build is located in the 28-hectare Waterford Business & Technology Park in Butlerstown. Waterman’s team was appointed to provide civil and structural engineering services.
