We are expanding our team and looking to welcome graduate structural engineers looking for the opportunity to help shape the future of the built environment. You will become part of our carefully tailored high-quality Graduate programme, where you will benefit from our busy learning and development calendar which includes working with experienced engineers who will mentor you on your journey, you will join client meetings, enjoy our social activities, training sessions and guided site visits. You will have opportunity to further develop your skills and experience by working work with experts from across our business as you hone your skills, and you will have the chance to learn all the latest sustainable design techniques.
We’d love to hear from you if you have a thirst for knowledge, are passionate about structural design and want to help shape the future of both our company and the built environment.
Although we’re happy to consider applicants with more or less experience, you’ll ideally have qualifications, experience or skills in one or more of the following areas:
- A master’s degree level or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Familiar with design to Eurocodes and design and analysis software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
- Great organisational skills and the ability to plan and implement project work independently
- An innovative and creative approach
