College square has been shortlisted in the ‘Large Project’ category at the Structural Awards 2026.

The awards recognise the most innovative, impactful, and forward-thinking structural engineering projects and professionals, celebrating those who continue to push the boundaries of our industry.

College Square is a major mixed-use regeneration project in Dublin city centre, located just south of the River Liffey and north of Trinity College Dublin. Developed by Marlet Property Group, the project replaced two 1970s office buildings, College House and Apollo House, with a new scheme designed by Henry J Lyons and built by Walls Construction.

The development offers high-end residential apartments, an entertainment venue, and 540,000 sq ft of LEED Platinum-certified commercial space. Its 82-metre residential tower, now Ireland’s tallest, includes 58 luxury apartments across 22 storeys, complemented by extensive communal amenities and external terrace areas. Our team provided civil and structural engineering expertise for this exceptional development.

Awards winners will be announced at the Annual Dinner, taking place on the 27 February 2026 at Anantara, The Marker Hotel, Dublin.
