We are delighted that College Square has been shortlisted at the upcoming Irish Concrete Society Awards in the ‘Building’ category.

College Square is a major mixed-use regeneration project in Dublin city centre, located just south of the River Liffey and north of Trinity College Dublin. Developed by Marlet Property Group, the project replaced two 1970s office buildings, College House and Apollo House, with a new scheme designed by Henry J Lyons and built by Walls Construction.

The development offers high-end residential apartments, an entertainment venue, and 540,000 sq ft of LEED Platinum-certified commercial space. Its 82-metre residential tower, now Ireland’s tallest, includes 58 luxury apartments across 22 storeys, complemented by extensive communal amenities and external terrace areas. Our team provided civil and structural engineering expertise for this exceptional development.

The Annual Awards celebrate excellence in design and construction within the concrete industry, and this year’s ceremony will take place on 19 March 2026 at The Johnstown Estate Hotel, Enfield, Co. Meath. To view the full list of finalists, click here to visit the Irish Concrete Society Awards website.
