Double shortlist at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2026
We are delighted to be shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Irish Construction Industry Awards. Liberties House has been nominated for ‘Engineering Project of the Year’, while Margaret Dolan has been recognised in the ‘Women in Construction’ category.
The Irish Construction Industry Awards celebrate the most innovative individuals and companies driving excellence in Ireland’s construction sector.
Liberties House is a landmark Build-to-Rent development that demonstrates the successful integration of multidisciplinary engineering, sustainable design and community-focused living. Delivered through collaborative design, the project transformed a challenging city-centre site into a high-quality residential development, achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification while supporting Dublin’s urban regeneration and housing needs.
Margaret Dolan is a Chartered Building Services Engineer whose 45-year career has combined technical excellence, leadership and mentorship. As the first female Chair of CIBSE Ireland and a recipient of the CIBSE Bronze Medal, Margaret has made a significant contribution to Ireland’s built environment. Throughout her career, she has championed professional development and supported the next generation of engineers.
The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 16 October 2026 at the Convention Centre Dublin.
Congratulations to everyone involved, and fingers crossed for Margaret and the Liberties House team!
