We are delighted that Block H, at the prestigious Central Park office campus in south Dublin, has won Commercial Project of the Year for Large Projects at the Irish Construction Industry Awards.
The Irish Construction Industry Awards recognises and celebrates original and innovative contractors, businesses, teams, consultants and projects that demonstrate excellence in the built environment.
Block H is an eight-story building offering 15,200m2 of Grade A office space including a triple basement with 300 car parking spaces. It is part of the existing commercial component of the Central Park development which comprises five modern office buildings and a retail/restaurant building, as well as three residential apartment blocks.
Our Dublin team was appointed to provide Civil, Structural and Transportation services, whilst our building services team acted as the LEED Commissioning Agent on this substantial development, designed to achieve a LEED Gold accreditation.
