Situated in the heart of Dundalk, on a narrow brownfield site off Rampart Road, this infill residential scheme includes a total of 53 houses and duplex units. Designed by Van Dijk Architects, all of the dwellings within this scheme are two storey and consists of 37 semi-detached and terraced houses and a single block of 16 duplex apartments.
The scheme was acquired by Respond Housing Association at an early stage in the planning process and delivered by Urban Life. The buildings designs took into account the specific requirements of Respond’s maintenance division.
Waterman Moylan provided all civil, structural and transportation engineering services for this project that completed in 2020.
